This is an invitation and maybe an introduction to the Qigong Practice..

Pronounced Chee gong, it is centuries old. Developed for health maintenance back in a time of

fewer distractions from life.

It’s spring and this season the wood element purges toxins and tonifies becoming stronger.

We will spend time on each of the elements and their related organs with a special focus on the

wood element and the liver/gallbladder.

This guided standing or sitting practice tunes up each of the 5 yin organs enhancing health and

harmony and helping you really feel and know the elements you are made of.

Feel the increase of fun and resiliency in your life:)

Last class we will have a field trip to Kaloya Park and really get to know the benefits of trees

and the natural wood element for the liver:)

Tune in to the rhythms of nature and create space to connect with yourself, while Ashley guides you on a sound journey. These healing vibrations will flow through you from head to toe. Bringing you into a deeper state of relaxation and rejuvenation. 

Sound Baths have a positive effect on our bodies, and have been used in ceremonies around the world and in many cultures. The Full moon is a wonderful time to release any energy that no longer serves you, and welcomes in new energy that aligns within you. Sounds amazing right?

Here are some sound healing benefits you may notice: active digestion, deeper sleep, quiet mindfulness, releasing stress, calming nerves and hyperactive behaviors, along with helping the parasympathetic nervous system. True wellness arises when we re-align ourselves with the elements of sound! Here are a few things to bring with you: Blankets, Pillows, Yoga Mat, Water Bottle, offering for the Altar (please remember to take it with you after the practice) Feel Free to bring a Jar of water for the altar, if you would like to taste the Full Moon frequency afterward!!

Traditional Barre Wednesday’s

Join us for our Traditional Barre classes every Wednesday from 5:30 PM to 6:30 PM, running from April 2 - April 30.

This five-week program is designed to help you train your muscles to fire correctly and support your body both in the studio and throughout your daily life. In each session, you’ll engage in a series of micro movements that draw inspiration from ballet, Pilates, and yoga, providing a comprehensive workout that enhances strength, flexibility, and stability. These movements are specifically crafted to target various muscle groups, ensuring a balanced workout that helps improve posture and overall body awareness.

All equipment needed for the class will be provided, so you can focus entirely on your practice. However, please remember to bring your own yoga mat for comfort and support during the exercises.

The total cost for this enriching five-week series is $89, or pay a drop in for $22.

Join us for a soothing and creative gathering where tea meets transformation. Sip on local herbal teas while exploring the therapeutic power of Neurographica. In this two hour session, we’ll delve into a creative process that encourages self-reflection, connection, and emotional expression. 

Neurographica is a creative drawing method developed by Russian psychologist Pavel Piskarev in 2014. It combines art, psychology, and neuroscience to help process emotions, rewire thought patterns, and promote self-awareness. The technique involves drawing freeform lines, intersections, and adding colors in a meditative way, which engages the brain, reduce stress, and encourage problem-solving on a subconscious level
