Tune in to the rhythms of nature and create space to connect with yourself, while Ashley guides you on a sound journey. These healing vibrations will flow through you from head to toe. Bringing you into a deeper state of relaxation and rejuvenation. 

Sound Baths have a positive effect on our bodies, and have been used in ceremonies around the world and in many cultures. The Full moon is a wonderful time to release any energy that no longer serves you, and welcomes in new energy that aligns within you. Sounds amazing right?

Here are some sound healing benefits you may notice: active digestion, deeper sleep, quiet mindfulness, releasing stress, calming nerves and hyperactive behaviors, along with helping the parasympathetic nervous system. True wellness arises when we re-align ourselves with the elements of sound! Here are a few things to bring with you: Blankets, Pillows, Yoga Mat, Water Bottle, offering for the Altar (please remember to take it with you after the practice) Feel Free to bring a Jar of water for the altar, if you would like to taste the Full Moon frequency afterward!!

"Yoga on the Inside, Change Your Perspective, Go Upside Down!" invites you to discover the power of poses like Sirsasana (headstand) and Salamba Sarvangasana (shoulder stand), which serve as the cornerstones of a balanced and healthy yoga practice.

During this workshop, you will delve into the fundamental principles of inversions, learning how they can enhance your strength, stability, and overall well-being. Kelly will guide you through a variety of strengthening techniques and modifications, ensuring that each student leaves with a personalized understanding of which inversions suit them best.

Expect to find your inner strength as we dive deep into the numerous benefits that inversions offer—from improved circulation and digestion to increased confidence and mental clarity. This is not just about going upside down; it's about shifting your perspective both on and off the mat.

We will utilize the rope wall and inversion swings.  Please sign up as there is limited space in this workshop.

This class is for students that practice Yoga On The Inside and feel comfortable (even just a little) using the ropes, inversion swings and other props.

Acro Yoga: Trust, Connection & Play

What is Acro Yoga?

Is a blend of yoga, acrobatics and Thai massage, but at its core, it’s about trust, connection, and playfulness.

The practice involves a base (the person supporting), a flyer (the person being lifted), and sometimes a spotter (for safety and guidance). 


What are the benefits of Acro Yoga?

You’ll learn how to support and be supported—both physically and energetically. Through partner-based flows, balancing postures, building strength and playful sequences, communication skills, and developing a sense of confidence and trust in yourself and those around you. Whether you’re new to Acro Yoga or already flying high, you’ll be guided in a safe and encouraging environment where community thrives.


Who is this class for?

We encourage beginners to join us! Come solo or with a friend—no partner is needed. We play in groups of three or more, with spotters to ensure everyone feels safe, supported, and seen. You're never too old to try something new. All you need is an open heart, a playful spirit, and a willingness to lift and be lifted. Let’s build strength, trust, and joyful connection—together.

Traditional Barre Wednesday’s

Join us for our Traditional Barre classes every Wednesday from 5:30 PM to 6:30 PM, running from April 2 - April 30.

This five-week program is designed to help you train your muscles to fire correctly and support your body both in the studio and throughout your daily life. In each session, you’ll engage in a series of micro movements that draw inspiration from ballet, Pilates, and yoga, providing a comprehensive workout that enhances strength, flexibility, and stability. These movements are specifically crafted to target various muscle groups, ensuring a balanced workout that helps improve posture and overall body awareness.

All equipment needed for the class will be provided, so you can focus entirely on your practice. However, please remember to bring your own yoga mat for comfort and support during the exercises.

The total cost for this enriching five-week series is $89, or pay a drop in for $22.
