Traditional Barre Wednesday’s

Join us for our Traditional Barre classes every Wednesday from 5:30 PM to 6:30 PM, running from April 2 - April 30

This five-week program is designed to help you train your muscles to fire correctly and support your body both in the studio and throughout your daily life. In each session, you’ll engage in a series of micro movements that draw inspiration from ballet, Pilates, and yoga, providing a comprehensive workout that enhances strength, flexibility, and stability. These movements are specifically crafted to target various muscle groups, ensuring a balanced workout that helps improve posture and overall body awareness.

All equipment needed for the class will be provided, so you can focus entirely on your practice. However, please remember to bring your own yoga mat for comfort and support during the exercises.
