Prenatal Yoga 8 Week Series
with Kaley. Saturdays, October 5 - November 23, 2024. @ 9:45 am - 11 am. Lake Country Studio.
Kaley will progress you through strengthening and opening postures, to build comfort and ease for your ever changing pregnant body. She utilizes all of our props during class, including bolsters, blocks, blankets, straps and our new rope wall. She will also be sharing education, meditation and breathwork, to help prepare you for childbirth and early Motherhood. Kaley's classes are Iyengar influenced, with elements of Pilates and flow, and catered to each individual in the class.
Take time to connect with your body and baby in a grounding and strengthening 60 minute prenatal yoga class. You will work towards calming your mind and strengthening your body while preparing yourself for birth and motherhood. Prenatal Yoga classes are also a great opportunity to connect with other moms-to-be in your community.
This class is for all trimesters and ability levels. No previous yoga experience necessary.
