moon, breathe, move slowly and gently, enjoy a guided meditation, and let go with a blissful, relaxing
Yoga Nidra (sleep yoga). Journal reflection optional after practice. Leave feeling balanced, refreshed,
inspired and enlightened.
The moon represents the physical as well as the emotional body. It is a time to be receptive, to take the
light and awareness of spirit into your emotional and physical body. April 12 th is the Pink Full Moon. Days
before and after the full moon meditations are a powerful way to tap into the luminous lunar energy and
harness the energetic power of the moon light. Release......make life-changing decisions.....gather with
others.......heal.......manifest......feel good.
